Capac: Banks will provide facilities during Expo Vivienda

President of the Panama Chamber of Construction, Carlos Allenhe pointed out that banks are providing facilities at Expo Vivivienda Capac so that people can get their houses.

“Five of the nation’s major mortgage banks are participating in the show and offering favorable terms for visitors to buy their home,” Allen said.

On that track, the minister dr Housing and spatial planningRogelio Paredes, emphasized that the banks’ bet shows that the economy is on the move.

“If developers make bets and banks take risks, then we can say that the economy continues to grow,” Paredes said.

According to a senior official, this creates prosperity for the country and helps achieve the projected double-digit growth levels for next year.

Expected sales during these days exceed 130 million, which includes not only houses, but also other offers such as wineries.

However, Allen recognized that achieving this figure is a challenge for players in the sector.

“This shows how far our industry has come, which has been going from strength to strength in recent years,” Allen said.
