Binance, the largest cryptocurrency platform, suspends its operations due to a “technical issue”

Cryptocurrency infrastructure provider and trading platform Binance has announced a temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals, due to issues affecting spot trading.

Via the platform’s official Twitter profile, the company reported an “issue affecting spot trading on Binance” that has led to the temporary suspension of all spot trading while it is worked on to resolve it as soon as possible.

In this regard, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao later reported that an initial analysis showed that there was an error that was expected to be resolved within 2 hours at most, adding that a “pause” in stakes and payouts followed standard. operative procedure.
