Aluman leads the way to 100 million in sales on its 50th anniversary

Aluman Group, specialized in the development of solutions for sectors energy envelopes in buildings, retail, contract and residential, is celebrating its 50th anniversary by breaking records in business volume and project portfolio. This sustainable growth with which Grupo Aluman reached the milestones set in its corporate strategy for 2022 thanks good operations in all its business areastheir managers explained.

Among them, the execution of attachments for individual works in the world, which accounts for 57% of the entire business.

Contract area

The biggest contract in its history

Last year was very intense for the housing division, through which Grupo Aluman positioned itself as a recognized player in the national and international market of facades thanks to investment in innovation, quality and large industrial capacity.

After 13% exceeding the planned volume of work and 50% growth compared to 2021, the area of ​​large projects managed to make a leap in quality in its catalog. Just a few days ago, in France, where he competes with the main facade builders in the country, he signed a contract for the execution of the future Museum of Modern Art of the capital of France, located in Île Seguin. The complex designed by RCR Arquitectes studio, Pritzker Prize de Arquitectura 2017, will be the largest project carried out by Aluman so far.

In Spain, they continue to deal with the most important works of the capital in Madrid. Except the ending around the Santiago Bernabéu stadiumthey conduct Torres Colon facadethe first high-rise office building considered an almost zero consumption building (ECCN) or the exclusive Castellana 66, which in the new envelope will be equipped with systems for the use of photovoltaic energy.

It maintains its growth based on energy rehabilitation and execution of increasingly complex and unique projects, such as Towers of Malagathe future symbol of the Group’s leadership on the national market.

The performance of sustainable envelopes is consolidated as a mark of identity for Grupo Aluman. Only through energy renovations carried out in its residential complex, in 2022 it achieved a reduction of 2,017 tons of CO2, 20% more than the previous year.

On this path, they plan to finish in 2023 with an R+D+i project to supply buildings with energy through facades. Namely, the positive impact of Aluman’s activities through the reduction of emissions from the buildings they renovate is a fact that is accompanied by an increasingly efficient and circular production process.
