The Puentes Group is building two hospitals in Valencia and Almeria, with an investment of 42 million

He Mostovi group, based in Oros, is building two hospitals in Valencia and Almería, the total budget of which is close to 42 million euros. The first of them is the Ascires Biomedical Hospital, whose work began last month in the city of Turia, with a completion date of 24 months. It is a built complex of 30,307 square meters, of which slightly more than 19,000 are spread over seven above-ground floors, while the rest will be on three floors below ground.

The execution budget is 25.4 million euros for a hospital center that will be focused on the specialties of cardiology and neurology, to which are added the medical areas in which Ascires Grupo Biomédico is a pioneer, such as diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine and medical genetics.

Among the facilities and equipment involved are 70 individual rooms, seven conventional operating theaters and one hybrid with magnetic resonance imaging, two CT scanners, two catheterization rooms, twelve anesthesia recovery rooms, ten intensive care boxes and one for isolated patients. The Galician company points out that the project from Valencia represents “a new challenge in hospital construction”, both due to its complexity and due to the deadline.

In Andalusia, the union

The sanitary project in Almería is carried out by the Puentes group in a temporary joint venture (UTE) with the company Lirola Ingeniería y Obras. It was awarded by the Junta de Andalucía, through the Andalusian Health Service, for the amount of 16.4 million euros. This is the new ambulatory building of the University Hospital of Torrecárdenas, again with a completion date of 24 months. This new volume will have an area of ​​9,385 square meters spread over seven floors, plus another 2,213 circulations.

He Mostovi group it continues in this way with intense activity in hospital sector, with relevant works in the Galician community such as Álvaro Cunqueiro in Vigo and ongoing works on Gran Montecelo in Pontevedra, both in a joint venture. Added to this are large projects in different Latin American countries.
