The “notifications” tab also provides insight into changes, with new registrations and deregistrations of premises that the Tax Administration has almost every day. You can also filter by type of property and participate in auctions electronically. Of course, you will have to register on the portal with your own profile, which allows access to more detailed and specific information. What the public administration wants is open this access to the general public in an intuitive and easy way for everyones, both on the web and in the mobile application.

Another innovation introduced is the ability to accurately locate the selected real estate by displaying a map on which the exact location of the real estate that is going to auction is located. Even the condition of each premises, by providing photos and plans of buildings where either a salt house or a plot of land with an urban purpose can be offered. The range is as wide as the entire Spanish geography.
