The Panamanian gymnast will compete in Egypt

Women’s gymnastics team Panamawith a guaranteed quota on Olympic Games in Paris 2024, begins the difficult journey to two more tickets, participating in a series of four World Cups, the first of which begins this Thursday (today), in Cairo, Egypt.

The Panamanian team, composed of Hillary Heron, already qualified; Karla Navas and Lana Herrera, accompanied by coach Garlos Gil also plans to participate in Cup of Germany, Azerbaijan and Qatar.

Heron’s participation, now with a guaranteed ticket, will serve as preparation and reinforcement of his technique on floor and beam; while Navas is claiming a place in Paris on pommel horse, bars and beam, and Herrera on floor, vault and bars.

The cup round will continue in Cottbus, Germany between February 22 and 25. The third Cup will be ongoing Baku, Azerbaijan between March 7 and 10, and the last one will be in Doha, from April 17 to 20.
