ISFPA is modernizing its conference hall

With an investment of 150 thousand dollars, The Higher Institute of Aviation Professional Training (ISFPA) This Monday, he inaugurated his new conference hall as part of the modernization project.

The new conference room includes wireless conference systems, interactive screens, cameras and video matrix, microphones and ceiling speakers, lighting, touch-sensitive control panel and a completely renovated structure.

The work is vitally important to the learning process of the hundreds of students who are pursuing aviation training and career courses at ISFPA.

Gilda Espinosa, director of the ISFPA, He emphasized that this conference hall “goes beyond the physical space, since it plays a fundamental role as a place for conferences, symposia, seminars, diplomas, workshops, training courses and extracurricular programs, where students can attend activities that “They complement their technical training.”

He stated that through technological advances and the new strategic vision of ISFPA, this work will enable continuous and comprehensive learning with the application of information and communication tools and technologies that contribute to professional growth and the projection of a center of excellence, with high quality. standards with efficient and effective performance.

Approximately 1,531 students participated in technical, continuing education and career courses taught by ISFPA instructors, including dangerous goods, accident investigation, operations inspector, hands-on workshop on satellite image interpretation, aeronautical psychology, remote control aircraft system (drone control), during 2023. .

In addition, AVSEC courses were held for employees of private companies, such as Training for Airport security supervisors, cargo and air mail security, operator of equipment used in civil aviation and Aviation Safety Awareness.
