Moving from Mingob: Link close to $5 million

In 37 months, The Ministry of the Government will pay 3.5 million dollars for rent of its offices in Tumba Muerto, at the entrance to Condado del Rey.

This is equivalent to $96,018 per month, including maintenance, for occupancy seven floors of two towers of the Condado Business Center building.
