Rising food prices caused inflation to reflect a an increase of 2% in Novembercompared to the same month last year.
The protests recorded across the country last monthcaused a shortage of pulses, vegetables and greens on the domestic market, which affected the increase in prices due to the scarcity of products.
On a monthly basis, the group of legumes recorded the highest increase of 8%then tuberous, with 6.6%.
Also, there was an increase in cereals (4%), in fruit (2.1%).
A significant increase was recorded in other areas 13.2% of airline ticketscompared to October.
During the year, a constant increase in air ticket prices was recorded. In November, the annual increase was 11.9%.
Among the foods, On year levelthe main increase was reflected in tubers (19.3%), legumes (12.9%) and eggs (11.1%).
