Real Madrid are chasing Bayern Munich’s record

Real Madrid will try to win all the matches of the group stage of the Champions League for the third time in its history and equal the record of Germany’s Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid have managed to win every game twice before, in the 2011-12 and 2014-15 seasons, the latter with Carlo Ancelotti in charge.

Along with Real Madrid, in the current Champions League campaign, only Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have won all their matches, and that in Group G, in the five matches played.
