The Electric Transmission Company SA, (ETESA) and the Specialized Higher Technical Institute (ITSE) to sign the framework agreement on technical cooperation that will enable the transfer of knowledge through academic mobility and professional training for more than 560 ETESA associates.
The agreement also applies to the interested population that wants to prepare for the present and the future through education at this institute.
This agreement between ETESA and ITSE, the cooperation agreement will also bring opportunity and professional growth by strengthening skills and competences through the suitability of technical and professional personnel according to the demand in the labor market.
“ETESA does not only focus on recruiting staff, but also on training people. Our goal is training and empowerment for the benefit of the company and our country.“, reaffirmed Carlos Mosquera Castillo, general director of ETESA.
The scope of this agreement is the association of the parties at the technical, scientific and research level in order to strengthen the capacity of teaching staff, students and associates of both parties according to study plans and programs of the educational center in the field of research, development and knowledge exchange.
Mosquera emphasized that ETESA excels in the execution of technical and innovation projects at the national level, which deserves the continuous improvement of all its associates, confirming teamwork, integrity, safety, commitment and innovation; key values for the work of our company.
