The Electricity Transmission Company of SA (ETESA) yesterday denied the veracity of information that has been circulating on social media and videos by anonymous authors in recent days.
The entity points out that these are only false and irresponsible accusations against the administrative management of this company.
“ETESA is a state-owned company, which during its management has maintained transparent and responsible management, working mainly on strengthening, developing and growing the electricity transmission network, strengthening the National Connected System Expansion Plan (PESIN), as well as updating all energy structures at the national level,” he points out. in the official announcement.
He stated that it is a shining example that ETESA is the first state-owned company to receive ISO 9001 certification, meeting high quality standards in its management system.
“These processes are constantly measured by the risk assessment agency, ETESA, which adheres to the internationally necessary standards to maintain an optimal rating, forming a model of corporate governance, in which we work for its constant growth and improvement,” said ETESA.
He added that since the beginning of the work of the current administration, ETESA has been performing its work responsibly and transparently, as required by the national and international electricity market.
“Decisions made for its proper management are not and were not influenced by political aspects. Therefore, we reiterate our commitment to continue with this work that we undertake responsibly, especially raising the name of our country, because ETESA is Panama,” the entity’s press release states.
