The airline Ryanair will conduct a personnel tour next week B737 pilots with direct entry, in Panama, for one of its bases in the United Kingdom.
The pilot recruitment will be held on October 25 at the Crowne Plaza Panama Airport Hotel. There will be 2 sessions on the day (participants must attend only 1 session).
The first session will be held at 10:30 a.m., and the second at 2:00 p.m
“We are delighted to announce a major recruitment drive for B737 Captains and First Officers in Panama and invite interested candidates to come along to our recruitment event to meet the team and learn more about these exciting roles,” said Ryanair’s Chief Human Resources Officer Darrell Hughes.
Ryanair pilots enjoy industry-leading rosters, according to Hughes. “5 days on, 4 days off”, which means one holiday per week, fantastic remuneration packages, excellent career development opportunities and first class training.
“We have an excellent track record of recruiting pilots in South America, many of whom have developed long and successful professional careers in Ryanair grouphe added.
There is also the possibility of obtaining UK visas for captains and first officers and travel discounts for crew.
Ryanair, in Europe, transports 183.5 million passengers per year on 3,300 daily flights, through a network of 36 countries with a fleet of more than 560 aircraft.
To support this progressive growth, the airline is looking for ICAO and EASA licensed pilots at its UK base.
