Panama chess has a new president

With the obligation to continue to promote and spread chess in Panama, Luis Esquivel Golcher took over the presidency of the board of directors Panamanian Chess Federation, in an act attended by managers, chess players and government representatives pandeporteswho gave credence to the act.

Equivel, also teacher at International Chess Federation, he will lead this Federation until 2026 in the company of César Mathews Romero, Vice President; Jorge Luis Sánchez, secretary; José Leonardo Chavarría, treasurer; Ismael Barrios, prosecutor and for members: Jesús Osario, José del Carmen Pittí, Rogelio Alberto Vargas and Jorge Baúles.

“We are very proud to be able to continue developing this sport Panama. Also for the trust they put in this directive to continue working for this sport,” said Esquivel, after his payroll was victorious and called on the unit to achieve it.

Panama chess comes from participating in the Central American and Caribbean Games in El Salvadorry host School World Chess Championship.
