Panamanian athletes are going to the podium in El Salvador

Panama will attend the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador in 2023 and based in Dominican Republic It will be held from June 23 to July 8 with a delegation of 145 athletes.

Group of the total number of athletes is 60 women and 85 men, 44 coaches and officials12 members in the interdisciplinary team, 5 members in the communication team and 3 people in the mission headquarters.

Panama will participate in 22 sports and a beach soccer team.

Athletics will have a total of 11 representatives They are: Gianna Ursula Woodruff Washington, Nathalee Joane Aranda, Yassir Ameth Cabrera López, Cristal Chenoa Cuervo, Suyeris Guerra, Arturo Harmodio Deliser, Didier Rodríguez, Aixa Middleton, Selena Mariel Arjona, Alonso Reno Edward and Chamar Abdul Chambers Gutiérrez.

During the cycling event, they will attend: Alex Strah, Christopher Jurado, Franklin Archibol, Wendy Ducreux, Annibel Prieto and Randish Lorenzo.

The gymnastics delegation consists of: Valentina Brostella, Lana Raquel Herrera, Hillary Alexandra HeronLucia Carolina Paulino, Richard Ameth Atencio, Kevin Jose Espinosa, Sebastian Andres Sue and Karla Andrea Navas.

Karate players who will participate in Central American and Caribbean games are: Alberto Gálvez OrtegaCristian Ameth Tello, Michelle Sadie Carreño and Gertrude Elena Henry.

for his part in Taekwondo will represent the country: Carolena Jean Carstens, Brenda Isabela BrooksDaniela Rodriguez and Carolina Stephanie Castillo.

While registered tennis players: Marcelo Rodríguez and Zulay Amarelis Castañeda.

Atheyna Bibeichi Bylon, leads a delegation of boxers who also integrate it: Eduardo Beckford, Yuliett Hinestroza, Kiria Cortes, Irvin Javier Ibarguen and Miguel Angel Bernal.

On the other hand, Lourdes Vásquez, Ashley Castillo, Jorge Baúles and Orlando León will perform in chess.

Eileen Marie Grench, will compete in fencing with: Baudilio Espino, Julio Arias, Jose Eduardo Quirós, Alessandra Valeria Aicardi, Maria Benedito, Nivia Diaz, Andrea Victoria, Jeilyn Celada, Edelis Martinez, Edward Gallardo, Renan Guerrero, Hernan Laguerre, Ana Melissa Jaen and Arturo Isaac Dorati.

In archery, the country is represented by: Alexis Abel Yáñez, Emma Duran, Edgar Barsallo and Astrid Barria.

While the following will compete in the triathlon: Petter Vega, Armando Abaunza and Franklin Castillo.

Panama also hosts athletes in equestrian sports, judo, volleyball, archery, swimming, wrestling, beach soccer, weights, bowling and surfing.
