The star regrets contacting the gigolo who has been extorting money from her for many years. After breaking up with Holly, fashion model Gabriel Aubry went to court and demanded to be recognized as the father of actress Nala’s daughter. As a result, he obtained physical and legal custody and receives substantial payments for his daughter, who is now 15.

In a previous ruling, Holly was ordered to transfer $16,000 a month to her former lover, plus a lump sum payment of $115,000. Afterwards, Berry called the model a “blackmailer”. In 2021, she was able to reduce that number to $8,000 per month, but was forced to pay Aubrey an additional 4.3 percent of the income over $1.95 million. Berry demanded an 80 percent cut in payments because she was “living” on the payments she sent him. Now the Oscar winner’s lawyers have achieved a significant reduction in the amount.

“Holly must pay Gabriel 4.3% of any income in excess of $1.95 million, as well as Nala’s additional child support. However, any additional child support payments under this paragraph shall not exceed $109,650 per year. The parties have agreed that additional child support in this amount would exceed Nala’s reasonable needs,” the artist’s representatives said in an official statement.

Berry will receive a hefty payout for two potentially lucrative film projects in development. He is currently filming the action thriller Our Jersey Man alongside Mark Wahlberg. Her sci-fi film Mother Earth will also be released on Netflix later this year. He earns $10 million for each tape. According to the previous agreement, she would have to pay her ex an additional $860,000 from that income. The current agreement remains in effect until Nala graduates from high school – or until she turns 19.

After breaking up with the model, Holly married Olivier Martinez, with whom she has a 9-year-old son, Mace. She tried to move in with her chosen one in France, making sure that Nala would be better protected there due to strict secrecy rules. However, Aubrey protested and the referee blocked the move. Afterwards, Olivier and Gabrielle got into an argument in Holly’s driveway, both receiving medical attention.

Catwoman also tried to ban Aubrey from having any contact with Nala in 2012 after he shoved a nanny who was holding a two-year-old girl. The worker said she was left “psychologically traumatised”, but the man was never charged and the actress’ claim was dismissed, according to the Daily Mail.

Berry also accused Aubrey of straightening and dyeing their daughter’s hair to make her look “whiter.” The judge ruled that neither parent should change the texture or color of Nala’s natural hair. “I have regretfully come to the conclusion that I must seek the intervention of the court in these matters. Until Gabriel understands the meaning of joint legal custody and how it is implemented, it appears that court will be my only recourse for Nala’s interests,” Holly fumed. The actress is currently married to musician Van Hunt.
