Drozhzhina and her husband were found guilty of particularly extensive fraud (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), Bubliy – of complicity in fraud (Part 5 of Article 33 – Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
