Andrey Shmakov will become the main judge and mentor of the heroes of the new show. He will be accompanied by chef and food blogger Alisa Polunina and host of the culinary show STS ProSTO Kitchen Alexander Belkovich. “I wish a show like this had been made when I was just starting my career,” Alexander said on set. “Your food is tasted by such guests and mentors – even professional chefs dream of it.”
The food of the project participants will also be appreciated by other chefs, as well as star guests, among whom are: Valya Karnaval, Alexey Stolyarov, Yanina Studilina, Karina Kross and Dava, who even recorded the soundtrack together with Milana Khametová.
In the new show, 20 amateur chefs will be trained under the supervision of professionals, and the winner will receive 1 million rubles and an internship at a Michelin-starred Moscow restaurant. Three courses await participants in each issue. The winner of the first will receive immunity, in the second the jury will determine the candidates to be eliminated from the show, and in the third they will decide who will remain in the project.

Many guys in the project think they can cook well, and some don’t know they can cook well. Our job is to get them to listen to themselves and learn from us. We are absolutely not strict teachers, more like guides.
Alisa Polunina, host: “I am absolutely afraid for all the participants, because I myself was once in their place. I remember well that when you really want to surprise everyone, everything goes out of your head. That’s why I often reach out to guys with advice. Our goal is to reveal their talent and help them understand whether they really need it or not. Since the profession is very difficult, people do not always understand what they will have to face.
