“The great fall of the ruble saved me”: Anfisa Chekhova explained how she got an apartment in Moscow 05/15/2023, 06:05

Recently, the telediva has been leading an idle lifestyle – relaxing in expensive resorts. And when he comes to Moscow, he lives for his own pleasure. In this regard, Chekhova heard a lot of complaints that the oligarch gave her an apartment. Anfisa finally decided to reveal how she got to real estate in the Russian capital.

“Don’t believe it! I bought it! I took out a 30 year mortgage. Paid for a year and a half, because there was a big drop in the ruble. My mortgage was in rubles and I was earning in dollars. So I’m lucky,” Čechova admitted.

During her relationship with the father of her only son, Guram Bablishvili, the TV personality told how difficult it was for her to find an apartment for her family. As a result, it took Anfisa two years to find the ideal option: during this time, several real estate agents refused to work with her. After showing her five apartments, they demanded that she choose something, but she refused, explaining that the view from the window was bad.

Guram was not so picky: he was ready to approve many options. However, any little things were important to Anfisa, including the view from the window. In the end, she still managed to find her dream apartment. It is located in the center of Moscow. The windows face different sides – the TV presenter loves when the apartment is flooded with sunlight.

Anfisa Čechova spoke about the dangers of sugar. She explained that she was able to give up sweets when she realized their harmfulness. Telediva compared it to relationships with rapists who humiliate girls in every possible way, but still tread on the same rake.

Anfisa recently admitted why she is not working on TV now. The star noted that she refuses to flash her face pointlessly.
