Shayk stepped out on the Met Gala red carpet in a chic vintage dress by Yohji Yamamoto, and for the party, the star of catwalks and glitter went for a more relaxed look. Irina dressed in a white tight t-shirt, over which she did not wear underwear. The top model teamed it up with gray tracksuit bottoms and a purple bomber jacket and completed the outfit with sparkly stiletto heels. Shayk didn’t take off her diamond jewelry—earrings and necklace by Ana Khouri.

The resulting image looked harmonious, but it would certainly have caused indignation among Karl Lagerfeld, whose work was dedicated to this event. Couturier was an ardent opponent of sportswear during his lifetime. He wrote about it in his book “The World Through the Eyes of Carl” in 2013.

At the Met Gala, Irina chatted with the father of her 6-year-old daughter Leah, Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper. On the red carpet, the young parents appeared separately, but after the official part they were spotted chatting nicely, reports PageSix.
