Now the Kaliningrad Regional Court has revised its decision. The sentence for Semyonov was canceled and the criminal case was sent for a new hearing, but with a different composition of judges. The appeal was filed by the prosecutor and legal representatives of the thirty-five-year-old actor and the convicted.

“After studying the materials of the case, the judicial collegium for criminal cases of the Kaliningrad Regional Court overturned the verdict and sent the criminal case to the same court with a different composition,” RIA Novosti quotes the court report.

Priluchny has previously stated that he had no conflicts with Semyonov and was sober at the time of the incident. After the fight, Pavel was treated in Moscow’s Pirogov Hospital.
