The former American actress ran her lifestyle blog The Tig, in which she shared her opinion on many events in the world and talked about herself. Meghan was not thrilled with the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William, which was watched online by almost 40 million people worldwide in 2011.

The Suits star reflected on the pomp and pageantry of the royal wedding. She scathingly referred to “grown women who cherish children’s fantasy of fairy tale princesses”, alluding to Katherine.

“We’re definitely not talking about Cinderella here,” Meghan said pointedly at Prince William’s wife. The prince’s wife-to-be has been outraged by the “endless” talk of a Middleton wedding, British tabloids are reporting today.

Megan herself also dreamed of becoming a princess in her childhood, like all little girls. At the same time, she wanted to become the princess of She-Ra’s power. “For those of you unfamiliar with the 80s cartoon references, She-Ra is He-Man’s twin and a sword-wielding royal rebel known for her strength,” the duchess commented on her choice.

It was recently revealed that Kate Middleton will reject the tiara on her coronation day on May 6. Instead, the Princess of Wales adorns her hair with a wreath of flowers.
