The gymnast rarely appears at social events, but is always ready to support budding gymnasts. It happened this time as well.

Alina appeared at the opening of the II Evgenia Kanaev Cup International Tournament in Omsk. Athletes from 15 regions of Russia, as well as from Cuba, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Belarus took part in the competition.

The 2004 Olympic champion chose an elegant look for such an occasion. She wore a safari-inspired pantsuit in a muted olive color. The outfit emphasized the athlete’s built figure. Alina completed the outfit with gold jewelry: earrings and a necklace fit perfectly into the overall concept of the image.

Kabaeva watched the competition along with two-time Olympic champion Evgenia Kanaeva and world champion Yana Batyrshina. Their special attention was attracted by the performance of Karolina Tarasová from Donetsk.

The girl said what valuable advice Alina gave her. “She coached, said what needed to be done to make it work. She told me to smile,” said Carolina.
