Last year, he got noticeably younger and began to pay more attention to his health. Recently, Mikhailov has been building significantly. It turned out that for this purpose the artist began to starve.

“I’ve already lost almost fifteen kilograms. I eat according to the system: 16 – 8, “said Stas.

The performer of the hit “For You” follows the same method as Anastasia Reshetova – intermittent fasting. Based on this principle, you can drink only water for 16 hours, and the “eating window” is 8 hours. Stas assured that it was not so difficult for him to starve. Not early in the morning sitting at the table.

“I just don’t want to eat in the morning: I was lucky in that respect. I never eat in the morning. My first meal is about an hour or two in the afternoon. It’s always been that way. So everything suits me. I’m not saying that everyone should eat like this. But in my case it works,” said Mikhailov.

At the same time, the People’s Artist of Russia significantly revised the diet. The native of Sochi refused fries and hamburgers. Stas is much more attracted to separate dishes. The singer also doesn’t feel like he’s limiting himself in any way.

“I just don’t like things like that. Over the years, I began to study separate nutrition. I just like it. Not because it’s helpful or unhelpful. I never think about it. When I sit down to eat, I eat everything. Because at the table you have to rejoice and say to God: “Thank you for eating it,” Stas added in an interview with MK.

In the winter of last year, Mikhailov underwent an operation to remove appendicitis, after which he lost 10 kilograms. Then he turned to the popular plastic surgeon Timur Khaidarov. Stas performed liposuction in several areas: abdomen, chin, chest and hips. The cost of one intervention is estimated at 70 thousand rubles. The entire complex of procedures cost Mikhailov 1.2 million rubles. The star’s wife also keeps herself in great shape.
