Today Utyasheva showed a simple and effective exercise that helps prevent cellulite and also makes the hips slim and the buttocks elastic. “Our favorite squats will help with results, but technique is always paramount. This exercise will improve the elasticity of the inner thighs and the area between the thighs and the pelvis, as well as the rotation in the hip joint. It is here that the vessels that create the lymph in the legs pass. Accordingly, these squats will dispel reporting, internal stagnation and cellulite on the thighs,” assured Laysan.

The winner of the 2001/02 World Cup in rhythmic gymnastics clearly showed the technique of performing the exercise. Laysan appeared in a black sleeveless top and tight leggings, but refused the shoes. According to the star, this is of fundamental importance.

“I recommend doing this exercise barefoot, but you can also wear sneakers or socks, which will give us a good grip on the floor, so that our feet do not move (if you do it on a slippery laminate, the exercise will turn out to be completely different and more traumatic),” said the former athlete.

According to the mistress of the Comedy Club resident, it is important to turn the socks 45 degrees and slightly raise the outstretched palms. Utyasheva emphasized that the bent knees should be over the second toes and the weight should be transferred to the heels.

“Exhale and begin to lift, but do not straighten your legs all the way at the top point. Repeat the squat three times, then stand up and start again with the other leg. We do the same thing for a few more laps,” added the star.

Laysan previously showed how she strengthens her glutes. The TV presenter assured that after this exercise you can safely wear a mini.
