The woman said that Emma had unauthorizedly appropriated one of the technical corridors in the entrance of the house. The only way to get to the fire escape is through this corridor.

“Irina said that Emma Malinina conspired with the firefighters and took ownership of one of the technical corridors in the entrance. In case of fire, you can leave the house only through it,” the REN-TV channel quotes the insider as saying.

A neighbor of the Malinins assured that she is afraid for herself and her family in the event of a fire. The police have begun screening employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations who might abuse their powers and turn a blind eye to security breaches.
