The 34-year-old star of the historical film Tobol filed a lawsuit against the father of her children. The document was discussed today at the Golovinsky Court in Moscow. The former spouses did not appear at the trial, they sent their representatives. Agáta planned to release Priluchné from her own living space through the court.

Pavel’s representative specified that his ward is ready to fulfill Muceniece’s wishes and voluntarily. The issue raised by the actress could be decided at today’s meeting. However, this was prevented by an error that was found in the documents provided by the defendant. Time is given until the next meeting to eliminate them. It is scheduled for April 17, MK reports.

This is not Agatha’s first appeal to court. The actress demanded that her husband leave in February. A four-room apartment near the Rechnoy Vokzal metro station is estimated at 30 million rubles. The two stars acquired square meters while still married, shortly before the divorce.

Pavel and Agáta’s romance broke out on the set of the Closed School project. In 2011, the couple legalized the relationship. Muceniece gave birth to her chosen one, a son Timothy and a daughter Mia.
