The chosen one of the famous athlete hit an 11-year-old schoolgirl at an unregulated pedestrian crossing in Čerepovac. It turned out that the girl suffered bruises on her legs and head. After providing first aid, she was released for outpatient treatment. It took almost a month to check the fact that the accident happened, and it ended successfully for Yana.

“All charges against Jana Vovchenko were withdrawn, as forensic experts recognized the injured girl’s injuries as minor and the proceedings were terminated. The driver was fined several thousand for not letting pedestrians pass,” said a police source.

The wife of the forward of the Čerepov hockey club Severstal commented on the latest events. “The medical examiner noted bodily harm – a bruise and an abrasion. They do not carry temporary disability. That closes the case. I was ordered to pay a fine. Since I did not cause any harm to my health, there is nothing to judge me for, “said Vovchenko.

The beautician clarified that according to the results of the inspection, she was not obliged to pay moral or material damages to the victim. However, she promised to help the girl’s parents financially. “According to the law, I don’t have to pay moral compensation, but we will pay it anyway because the child suffered and suffered. And of course we have to fix that,” added Yana.
