The 36-year-old pop star is raising two daughters, 15-year-old Lydia and 11-year-old Vera, with her husband Alexander Chistyakov. Natalia kept an amazing harmony after giving birth. The artist herself claims that after the birth of her eldest child, she had to try to restore her figure. The star mother assured that she never followed a diet, but still followed a special nutritional strategy.

“The first one had to lose 10 kg after pregnancy… I bought a double boiler. I cooked everything for a couple, I ate like this for three months. In addition, sports were played five days a week. As a result, she returned to her weight, ”assured Natalya.

Pavel Priluchný’s partner in the movie “Lovers” admitted that she now weighs 49 kilograms. He even dreams of getting better. “Favorite weight 51. To be honest, it’s very hard to get it all the time! I was born thin, in dad, I have an asthenic figure! So I’m recovering hard,” said the artist.

According to the star, she eats protein and a plant-based diet and eats in small portions. Natalia emphasized that she must carefully monitor her diet, even for the sake of relatives. The singer’s husband is a vegetarian, and one of her daughters has an allergy, so she has to give up products containing lactose and gluten.

“Since I eat small portions, I always have food with me: trays, proper cereals, salads, offal: liver / heart, etc. For a snack: cheesecakes or pancakes on gluten-free flour, ”said the former protégé of the producer Max Fadeev.

The performer of the hit “Dance, Russia” admitted that she sometimes allows herself some excesses. “I’m a terrible sweet tooth, obviously I’m glucose for nothing. I try to choose sweets as healthy as possible, without sugar (I use substitutes). The jam started cooking on agave syrup… When I go to a restaurant, I eat everything: seafood, meat, and I can even sharpen pasta. There is always a sin in the dressing rooms – it’s a sausage, I don’t take it off the rider on purpose. Sometimes I love her!” – the star opened up.

Natalia also described the principles of nutrition that she constantly follows. “Everything is good in moderation, but something hard should only be refused if the doctor told you to. Find a middle ground and don’t forget about physical activity so that you absorb everything easily and the body has enough for its functioning so that it can live without stress and reserves,” added Chistyakova-Ionova.
