After that, the singer suspended the tour in Russia, worked only at corporate parties. The artist even announced in May that he decided to leave show business.

However, in autumn, the artist’s depression passed and his concert activity began to boil again. However, everything was crossed out by Valery Shotaevich’s hasty act at a New Year’s company party in Dubai – he uttered a nationalist slogan in a half-whisper in response to the provocateur’s words. Because of this, the singer was “cancelled” in Russia.

On the eve, it became known that the performance of Albina Dzhanabaeva’s husband, planned for April, in Novosibirsk, Barnaul and Kemerovo will not take place. “What kind of concert is Meladze? He is a banned artist, no concert is coming up. You probably saw some old posters,” they told RIA Novosti at the Titov Arena in Barnaul. It was also known that the Batumi native’s summer concerts in Sochi, Rostov-on-Don and Volgograd were also cancelled. In addition, producer Alexei Fridman assured that all Valery Shotaevich’s songs were taken from Russian radio stations.

Dzhanabaeva asked her husband for forgiveness last week. But now she realized that the situation was more than serious. The former soloist of the VIA Gra group shared her difficult mood in the video. The pop star, with a glass in hand, looked out of the cafe window at people walking down the street. Emphasizing the drama of her situation, the young mother filmed the video in black and white.

Now Meladze is organizing a tour of Israeli cities. The singer performs in small halls. Alla Pugacheva decided to support the artist – she attended his performance in Tel Aviv, after which she called many people “liars”.
