How is Irene Adler: what happened to the actress after the series “Sherlock” Stars

The Sherlock series has become one of the most popular pop culture projects of recent decades. The modern adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories about the virtuoso London detective won the hearts of many fans around the world, and the actors who played the main roles immediately became stars.

British actress Lara Pulver won the most notable female role. Her appearance on the screen remained in the memory of viewers for a long time, because in one of the episodes she played completely naked. So her character Irene Adler met Sherlock Holmes at her house to prevent him from using his deductive method.

However, after the hype around the series died down, Pulver disappeared from view. What is he doing now? He continues to act in films and television series. Lara tried her hand at a career in Hollywood and in 2016 starred in the American action horror film Underworld: Blood Wars with Kate Beckinsale. But then she decided to return to her native Britain: to act on stage and in local TV series.

In 2023, Pulver has another premiere. She played one of the main roles in the series Maternal. In the story, three female doctors return to medicine after maternity leave.

In the series, Lara is filmed with her husband, actor Raza Jaffrey. By the way, they play former lovers on the screen (the feelings between them, however, seem to have not completely cooled down). But in real life, they are a strong couple – they have been together since 2012, they got married in 2014, and in 2017 Lara gave birth to a son, Ozias.
