‘The shot was deafening, we got shell shock’: new lawsuit filed against Alec Baldwin 28.02.2023, 11:20

Alec opened fire on set, killing cameraman Galina Hutchins. Now three more people have turned to the court. Project participants say they developed depression, insomnia and other symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.

“The sound of the gunshot in the small church was so deafening that the prosecutors got a shock. After the shooting, the defendants did not offer the plaintiffs any emotional or mental health assistance or support,” the lawsuit states.

Ross, Doran, and Reese all claim to have temporarily lost their hearing in so-called “vibration shock”. Prosecutors testify that safety measures were neglected on the set, such negligence led to the tragedy.

Alec Baldwin recently won his first victory in a long-running lawsuit. The actors reduced the charges in the case of negligent homicide: he faced up to five years in prison.
