The sentence actually means life for the disgraced Hollywood producer. This time, all the charges are against one woman, who is in the case as Jane Doe without giving her real name.

“It’s unbelievable to be accused of a crime when I wasn’t even there. I am untouched! I have never raped or molested anyone,” Harvey said after the new allegation.

The producer assured that this woman lied to the court three times and then asked for moral compensation, although she claimed that she did not need money from him. “I’ve never been with her. Her whole claim was just a setup to seize the money,” Weinstein was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

Two years ago, the star producer was sentenced to 23 years in prison. He was convicted of two episodes: rape and forced oral sex, and in December 2022, the producer was convicted of another rape and two sexual offenses. All the victims went to the police only after the Hollywood producer fell from the top of the film Olympus in 2017 and was accused of forcing him to have sex in exchange for a career.
