He failed to pay 92.4 thousand rubles in taxes and is listed in the database of debtors of the Federal Tax Service.

“The actor must fulfill his civil obligations and the laws of the Russian Federation. Moreover, these financial obligations arose when everything was wonderful in his life – he received income in Russia, owned property here, “said lawyer Andrey Alyoshkin.

The artist is not going to return home yet, but he can handle financial matters through his representatives so that debts do not snowball and bailiffs do not confiscate his property. “His debts can haunt him: mounting fines, blocking of bank accounts and so on,” the human rights activist noted.

Alyoshkin advised Smolyaninov to conclude financial affairs to avoid unpleasant consequences. “Such fees as in Russia are unlikely to be paid by the departing artists elsewhere.” Therefore, sooner or later many of them will return. And I advise Artur Smolyaninov to pay the bills of the Federal Tax Service so that he does not have problems in the future, ”quotes the lawyer KP.

His colleague made harsh comments about the actor who left the country. Yegor Beroev does not share the attitude of Artur, who makes anti-Russian statements abroad.
