She explained that at the age of 33, she sees herself as a wife, mother with a big strong family. The girl is ready to create serious business projects. At the same time, Zinatullina does not like the intrigue surrounding her name, so she wants her children to live a peaceful life, and parents and friends to be with her.

“I don’t mind, it’s great that people make their own decisions about how to build their relationships, and that makes them freer and happier. But personally, I don’t think I would be happy in such a relationship, it’s not my format, “said Dilara.

The model keeps herself in great shape, leads a healthy lifestyle. To stay slim, she eats intuitively and focuses on the feeling of hunger. Most often, Zinatullina eats twice a day. Sometimes he can ideally follow a healthy diet for weeks and sometimes he can eat fast food all the time.

“It’s easy for me to eat right and balanced, because I love buckwheat, vegetables, cottage cheese, lean meat. I also like sweets and chips, but in my menu they are in perfect harmony with buckwheat, so I don’t ban anything and I don’t blame myself for sweets,” explained Dilara.

She suggested the 80/20 diet, where the foods are 80% healthy and clean and 20% favorite but unhealthy foods. According to Zinatullina, this allows you to maintain your health and not injure your psyche with eating disorders. “But again, I came to it intuitively and I don’t force myself to eat this very healthy food, I just like it,” added the 22-year-old model.
