Yana Churikova replaced Dmitry Nagiyev in the new season of the vocal show “Voice. Children”. The forty-four-year-old TV presenter was invited to the filming by her Eurovision co-host Yuri Aksyuta. Yana admitted that she was in an awkward situation because she had problems with another important project.

“There was no casting. Aksyuta told me: “Partner, you’re going on such and such a date.” I understand that I need to go back to the customer saying, “I’m sorry, I have a higher power. Former hostess “Star Factory” she admitted that working in the new project became a difficult task for her. According to Čuříková, her predecessor became the symbol of the Hlas program.

“The first thing I thought about is that I am coming to a project for the first time where the image of the presenter has already developed. “Voice” and Dmitry Nagiyev are twins, an inseparable story. The Channel One star started recording “blindly” Auditions. On one of the three filming days, Čuriková bowed to Nagiyev and came to the studio wearing a T-shirt with his likeness. Yana explained why she decided on such a gesture.

The TV presenter also shared her impressions of meeting with mentors – Basta, Maksim and Yegor Creed. The first, according to Yana, created “the image of a project mentor.” Churikov was pleased with how the rapper projects his fatherly experience on the ward. Most of all, the TV presenter was surprised by Yegor Creed.

“I think the way Yegor and Marina have edited it kind of takes away from what the mentors really feel like. And I was surprised by all this soulfulness. It seemed to me that Yegor Creed was not a man of paternal instincts. But when I saw how he works with children, my jaw dropped.
