She stripped down to her underwear and lay down on the couch. “I came for the long-awaited correction of the abdomen,” Natalya said, showing how the specialist was giving her a vacuum massage. “After such a plastic surgery, there will be swelling, which will disappear within three days, and the result within two months. The stomach will shrink,” said the master.

According to the artist, after manual plastic surgery on her hips, her volumes decreased by three centimeters. At the same time, Friske did not follow proper nutrition and did not play sports. If she exercised and ate healthy, the result would be even better.

Natalia also noted that after the correction of her legs, her skin noticeably improved. “A month later, the generic cellulite and all that sagging was completely gone after one procedure. If I didn’t eat sweets, I would be thin. She promised to get it together,” said the mother of nine-month-old Moon.

The Muscovite star showed how she washes her stomach, making sure that every cell is worked out in this way. “I thought it would be uncomfortable and painful. But that’s totally normal, but where I have the scar it’s a little uncomfortable. Everything else is tolerable, ”said Friske.
