Artie Bucco is grieving for his youngest daughter in the HBO cult TV series. The family has not disclosed the cause of the girl’s death. It is known that in November, Odela gave birth to a daughter, whom she named Shiloh. The young mother managed to publish several photos with the baby in her arms.
Her mother Belinda Cape confirmed the sad news. “We are heartbroken to have to publish a funeral notice for our dear Odele. Her sister Lucinda and I have been overwhelmed by the messages of support and love we have received and your memories of how dear Odele was to so many people. Odela was much loved and leaves a huge hole in our lives,” said Belinda.
Lucinda also paid tribute to Odele. “Words will never be enough to express the sadness we all feel. I loved my baby sister very much and I will spend the rest of my life looking for her in everything. My family and I are very grateful for all the care and support we have received during this difficult time. She meant so much to so many people,” said John Ventimiglia’s eldest daughter.
The young mother said goodbye at the Old First Reformed Church in Brooklyn, New York. Relatives took care of her newborn daughter. It is known that the girl graduated from high school at the New York Institute of Co-education, which specializes in career-oriented programs. She worked as a waitress at the Vekslers Cafe in Brooklyn until her death.
Now Ventimiglia’s friends are collecting donations to cover the future expenses for the life and education of her baby Shiloh. They transferred more than 50 thousand dollars in a few days. Contributions were made by John’s Sopranos co-star Stevie Van Zandt and his wife Maureen. “Deepest love and condolences,” the Daily Mail quoted the couple as saying.
Much of John’s television career has been devoted to crime dramas. His credits include Organized Crime Bureau Chief Dino Arbogast on CBS’ Blue Bloods and Detective Eddie Costa on Disney’s Jessica Jones. One of his last roles was Judge John Siriki in Julia Roberts’ political thriller Gaslit.
