Now Xenia faces a new trial. A close friend of Pierre, Sergey Dvortsov, started receiving threatening text messages from the TV presenter. He did not tolerate it and filed a statement with the police.

“We asked to bring Ksenia Green to justice. Her actions can be qualified as an administrative offense, e.g. under the article “Petty hooliganism” or even as a criminal offense under the article “Threatening to kill or cause serious bodily harm”. We do not count on a real deadline, but we still expect that she will be brought to at least some responsibility, “explained Sergey’s lawyer Maxim Surov.

The punishment according to the first article is a fine or administrative arrest for up to 15 days. Death threats are punishable by up to two years in prison. According to Dvorc, the police have heard about his opponents and he is not the first to contact a law enforcement officer.

“My application was accepted, they promised to look into it. In the near future, Ksenia Green should be called to give an explanation. Meanwhile, this woman continues to behave strangely: she calls our mutual friends, assures me that I am not indifferent to her, ”said Sergey.

He believes Xenia may have mental issues. She was already under the supervision of doctors, but messages with negative content are still coming to Dvorcov. They also mention the name of the artist of the hit “Chocolate Bunny”.

“I feel that it is insufficient. I will say again: after a visit from the police, I found out that Green is in the hospital, supposedly she was taken by ambulance. I don’t know if it was set on purpose or just a coincidence… But I continue to receive threats from other unknown numbers. Last message: “I wish you to die the same death as Narcissus!”. Is it normal at all?” – added Sergej in an interview with KP.
