The 44-year-old TV presenter made a statement on behalf of Grisha Urgant, his alter ego. The singer said that his performance was scheduled to take place on October 14, 2022 in a Moscow club. However, it was then postponed until February. And now it has come to light that the show will not take place this time. At the same time, the artist recalled his song “Just Friends”.
“Dear viewers, concert 2.2. is canceled. Which was a surprise to everyone. As the song says: “I don’t understand and you don’t understand this movement…” We ask you not to panic, not to collapse and wait in an organized manner for the next concert,” Urgant wrote on his VKontakte page.
On New Year’s Eve, the fairy tale “Incident in the country of Multi-Pulti” with the participation of Ivan was taken off the air. Urgant assured that he was shocked by this decision of the management of the online cinema. “I don’t love everybody,” he admitted.
The singer Elizaveta Gyrdymova*, known under the pseudonym Monetochka, also announced the cancellation of her concerts in Russia. The performer of the hit “Every Time” was scheduled to perform in Novosibirsk, Kazan, Samara, Yekaterinburg and Ufa. According to the artist, fans complained that they could not refund money for canceled concerts due to the “rescheduled” status. Elizabeth suggested that the process would be “easier for them” after her official comment.
“I do not lose hope that one day I will perform in these cities, especially in my beloved Yekaterinburg, but for now,” said Monetochka.
