Princess Leonor’s teeth: what happened to the appearance of the most beautiful future queen

Leonor, Princess of Asturias and Spain, is often compared to her great-grandmother: the aristocratic beauty Marie de las Mercedes of Bourbon-Sicily delighted her contemporaries. Add to the good genes the style lessons from her mother, Queen Letizia, who is considered one of the main fashion figures of the modern monarchy. When the Crown Princess of Spain becomes Queen, she will be able to outshine Princess Kate of Wales!

The Infanta is studying in Wales, so she has few royal duties in her native country yet. On Christmas Eve, however, Leonor flew home and attended a meeting with volunteers caught on camera. The Crown Princess’ wide smile left fans of the Spanish royal family in disbelief – something happened to the girl’s teeth!

Of course, the Spanish court did not comment on the changes in Leonora’s appearance, because they clearly do not threaten her health, let alone her life. However, observers remembered: a few years ago, it was discussed that the milk teeth of the heiress were in no hurry to leave their places. Yes, she looked very cute at 13, but at that age, they say, the first teeth fall out and give way to molars.

It is not known if the royal family took any forced steps to speed up the failed process. But now it is clear that the molars did not grow properly, some did not fit into place, and therefore it seems that there are not enough teeth.

Some observers in the foreign press suggested that the princess had her fangs removed in order to subsequently receive implants. They really do, and maybe they will in the case of the Princess of Asturias, if there is no other way to fix the bite. But as you can see in recent photos, now her “triples” have cut too high and the princess is wearing hidden structures to correct the dental arch.

The front teeth are of course of great functional and aesthetic importance, and the future queen cannot be imagined without a perfect wide smile. We wish Leonor that all her teeth take their prescribed position as soon as possible and that all dental problems are behind us. And she’s a great friend who isn’t shy about changing her look – that’s a good example for her peers, not just in Spain.
