Lilibeth’s first birthday: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry show rare snaps of their children

The Dukes of Sussex will air a new portion of the royal family’s “dirty laundry” on Thursday, but for now the trailer has been released. The video showed the disgraced royal couple spending time with their children – 3-year-old Archie and 1-year-old Lilibet. Most of the shots were taken at the family’s Montecito, California estate, from birthday parties to trips to the beach and playing in the backyard.

Prior to the release of the six-part documentary, the former American actress and British prince preferred to keep her children out of the public eye. Fans of Meghan and Harry have only seen Lilibet in a few photos – last year’s Christmas card and two portraits from her first birthday. The latest trailer for the series showed more intimate shots of the one-year-old baby.

Lilibet was born in the US on June 4, 2021. The child is featured or mentioned several times in the video. One of the frames shows a girl taking her first steps with the help of her mother.

The Dukes of Sussex also captured their daughter during her only trip to the UK so far. The disgraced royal couple flew to London with their children to attend events to mark the 70th anniversary of Elizabeth II’s accession to the throne. At the same time, the baby celebrated his first birthday.

The party was held at Frogmore Cottage. The monarchy gifted this house to her grandson and his wife for their wedding. After resigning their royal powers, the Dukes of Sussex have kept the estate as their UK residence and pledged to return the money spent on repairs to taxpayers, the Daily Mail reports.

The couple were heading to their house in the suburbs of London. Megan held Archie in her arms and Prince Harry put Lily on her neck. In another picture, the Duchess of Sussex poses with a big smile on board a plane, holding one of her children in a beige woolen hat. The video also showed another image of Archie. The footage was shot in California. The boy ran through the cornfield and Megan hugged him and picked him up.

In the same video, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry harshly accused members of the royal family. The first three episodes of Harry & Meghan on Netflix aired on December 8. The final three episodes will air on December 15.
