“I love my body!”: Hilary Duff played in a swimsuit after three births

The star of “How I Met Your Dad” has taken a look at her figure after the birth of her daughter. Hilary devotes a lot of time not only to nutrition, but also to training.

Duff showed off her results by performing in a swimsuit. The actress tried on a stylish blue ensemble consisting of a top and a bikini with a high waist. Hilary struck a good pose so that all the muscles in her body were clearly visible.

For the photo shoot, the actress refused bright make-up. Hilary applied mascara to her lashes, blush to her cheekbones and a light brown lipstick on her lips. The Disney star pulled her hair into a ponytail.

During an interview with Women’s Health Australia, Duff admitted that she struggled to love her body. She had been doing it for many years, but the only thing that helped her was working with a trainer. Over time, Hilary realized that the main thing is that her body is healthy, so now she works diligently to develop muscles.

“I can say I love my body! I am improving not only on the outside, but also on the inside. I spend time with people I feel comfortable with. They share similar views on health and a positive attitude towards the body, I sleep enough, I eat a balanced diet. “Before, I could think that I was not as thin as others, but now I understand that behind this thinness there is a terrible health,” said the actress.

Hilary Duff has three children. In 2012, the actress gave birth to a son, Luc Cruz, with her ex-husband, NHL player Michael Comrie. In 2019, Hilary married musician Matthew Como. They also have two daughters together: 4-year-old Banks Violet Bair and 18-month-old May James Bair.
