Recall that Hafthor is an Icelandic athlete, winner and multiple winner of the contest for the title “The strongest man on the planet”. He got into the series, which became a cult, precisely because of his physical form. Bjornsson played Gregor Clegane, nicknamed The Mountain.
Years passed and Hafthor disappeared from the radar. Yes, he is not against acting in films, but so far his filmography has been replenished with only one film – the action film Varyag, which will be released in April 2022.
