Vladimir Mashkov’s partner in the film “The Crew” defeated the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption Vitaly Borodin, who called for his vetting to discredit the Russian armed forces. Kozlovsky’s lawsuit was upheld: the court found the posts spread by Borodin on the Telegram channel about Danila’s calls for street protests to be defamatory.
“Give Borodin the obligation to remove the materials, as well as issue a rebuttal in the Telegram channel with information about the court decision. Take one ruble from Borodin,” said the judge.
The conflict between the FPBC chief and the actor started in April. Borodina contacted the prosecutor’s office, saying that Kozlovsky went to the United States last year and then decided to return to Russia, where he will play in theaters in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Danila responded by saying that he does not have a second citizenship and is leaving Russia to visit his daughter living with Olga Zueva in America. “I am not a traitor to the motherland,” emphasized the beloved man of Oksana Akinshina. He also explained that he did not call for street protests, and Vitaly referred to a video shot during the filming of the “Karamora” series.
In June, Borodin demanded that criminal proceedings be initiated against the artist for false testimony. The court rejected Kozlovský’s lawsuit against his opponent twice. The judge believed that the actor’s lawyers drafted the appeal incorrectly. The third attempt of the movie star was successful.
The day before, Deputy Speaker of the lower house of the parliament, Vladislav Davankov, said that the State Duma would prepare a bill on compulsory work for “serial whistleblowers”. According to him, Ekaterina Mizulina has shown that it is time to end this practice. He came to this after Dnya Milokhin hastily left Russia, frightened by the threats of the head of the League for a safe Internet. “By fighting Milokhin, the social activist intimidated thousands of Russians from returning. Among them are IT specialists, scientists and entrepreneurs, which the country needs now,” the deputy wrote on the Telegram channel.
Vitaly Borodin, known for his statements against Lija Akhedzhakova, Valery Meladze, Alla Pugacheva and other artists, called on the head of the League for a Safe Internet and other authors of complaints against Russians not to be punished. “Jekaterina Mizulina fulfilled her civic duty, unlike the MP. In all this time, I have never seen a member of the State Duma write a request to these traitors who betrayed our country in difficult times. “I have never seen someone initiate any kind of control and participate somewhere as a real deputy who should defend the interests of our country and protect the constitutional system,” the activist told Lenta.ru.
