Kevin and Kristin did not have time to part amicably, they are fighting in court for property and income. To gain strength for the next fight, Baumgartner flew to Hawaii with the children.

Paparazzi captured the 49-year-old mother of many children while walking on the beach. Kristin wore a floral print two-piece swimsuit. The bikini favorably emphasized the slim figure of former lover Costner. She let her hair down and completed the look with sunglasses and white jewelry.

Baumgartner swam in the ocean and then began photographing the waves. She was joined by her daughter Grace. They were looking at photos on their phones and laughing.

The judge has already decided on child support. Costner is to be paid $129,000 a month, slightly more than half of what Christine originally expected.
