The star of the show “Eagle and Tails” and Vlad Topalov became parents for the first time in 2018: the couple had a son, Mikhail. The couple’s second child was born four years later. The baby was named Miroslav.

Regina gave birth in the water and her husband was present at the same time. Today, the TV diva decided to share her experience with fans, many of whom are worried that childbirth is scary and painful.

The star noted that girls are most afraid of physical pain and also the very uncertainty of what can happen when a child is born. Regina explained that she had experienced such fears herself.

“I have to say right away that I didn’t think about anesthesia, an epidural was out of the question. Let me explain: once the doctor told me, a 19-year-old girl, that with 3rd degree scoliosis “you will not give birth alone, we are waiting for you on the operating table.” For me, such phrases are like a red rag to a bull, “Todorenko admitted.

She noted that she sought alternative methods of pain relief, including massage, hypnosis, hydrotherapy, hot and cold compresses. “I liked the hypnosis and the bath the most. I dreamed of giving birth with a smile on my face in a meditative state,” said Regina.

However, she had “terrible thoughts” at the time of the birth. Todorenko was worried that the doctor might be right and she wouldn’t be able to give birth herself. Nevertheless, everything turned out as the star mother wished.
