How to park your superyacht in Monaco around Formula 1

Orange at the top of Formula 1; Max Verstappen was again the first to cross the finish line in Prinsenstaat. But next year we will celebrate his guaranteed win in style. This is how much it costs to moor a superyacht during the Monaco Grand Prix.

When you can rent a superyacht for a week for €2.2 million, the amounts for mooring during the Monaco Grand Prix are trifling. Of course it depends on how big the boat is.

The Tecnomar Lamborghini 63, with which Connor McGregor followed the Formula 1 race, for example, costs up to 3.6 million euros; The MMA fighter saves a fortune in construction costs anyway.

Award-winning Superyacht at the Monaco Formula 1 GP

And as usual in any stadium, you pay more if the superyacht swims in the front row. Altogether there are two zones at the Monaco GP, which allow a view of Max Verstappen’s dominance from the port. The first zone is on the quays of the Formula 1 track and the second zone is a little further away; in the port itself.

In addition, it is not possible to rent a mooring for just one day, you must sunbathe on the French Riviera for at least a week. This is how much money it cost to moor a superyacht during the Monaco Grand Prix between 22nd and 29th May 2023. For any superyacht longer than 150 meters in zone 1 you will pay more than 11,000 euros per 10 meters more and in zone 2 more than 9,000 euros.
