These 6 cars belong to Argentine World Champion Lionel Messi

Lionel Andrés Messi Cuccittini is considered by many to be the greatest footballer of all time after his important role at the World Cup for Argentina and his other sporting achievements. Through his career he has earned hundreds of millions. He puts part of this money into beautiful, exclusive and super-fast cars. His fleet in the spotlight.

Lionel was named the best soccer player in the world in 2010, 2012, 2015, 2019 and 2021. This makes him the player with the most World Player of the Year titles. And if you read what he earns per second at PSG, you understand that a fleet fills up quickly. He reportedly currently owns seven cars.

Lionel Messi’s fleet

At least according to our research. Many soccer players and other world famous stars often do not announce when their car goes on sale. Lionel Messi has owned at least these six cars.

1.Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti

At the top of the list is a Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti. The old racer is one of the most expensive cars ever auctioned at 32.1 million euros in 2016.

The Ferrari has a 4.1-liter V12 that produces about 400 hp. The car reaches a top speed of more than 300 kilometers per hour. While more supercars are doing this today, the Ferrari was already doing this in the 1950s.

2.Ferrari F430 Spider

But Lionel Messi does not only have old Ferraris in his fleet. He also owns a Ferrari F430 Spider.

The bolide has a V8 with more than 4.3 liters displacement. The car produces an output of 476 hp, which allows a zero-to-hundred sprint of 4 seconds. The top speed is 315 kilometers per hour.

3. Pagani Zonda Tricolore

Lionel Messi has another very special car in his fleet: a Pagani Zonda Tricolore. The model is a limited edition of the Zonda in honor of the Italian Air Force.

The engine of the Zonda comes from Mercedes-AMG and has 12 V-shaped cylinders, which together have a displacement of 7.3 liters. The power plant delivers 678 hp, with which the car sprints from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.4 seconds. The Tricolore only stops accelerating at 350 kilometers per hour.

4. Mercedes Benz SLS AMG

Another teardrop monster from the little Argentinian’s fleet is the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. A car that many enthusiasts are jealous of.

The Benz boasts a 6.2 liter V8 with an output of 571 hp and 650 Nm of torque. The top speed is limited to 317 kilometers per hour, the zero-to-100 sprint devours the German in 3.8 seconds.

5. Two Range Rovers

Like many footballers, Lionel Messi owns a Range Rover (by Land Rover). Or rather: two.

He has both a Vogue and a Sport in his garage. It is not known which versions of the two SUVs he owns.

6. Cadillac Escalade

Anyone who thought a Range Rover was big hasn’t seen Lionel Messi’s Cadillac Escalade. The bolide is 5.2 meters long and has a 6.2-liter V8 under the hood that delivers 420 hp.

Don’t expect any bizarre performances from the Mastodon. The Cadillac Escalade is all about the imposing appearance.
