That’s what happens with hypercars when you can only drive electrically
After a lot of criticism, discussions and development funds worth billions, the electric car really is the future. At least, unless synthetic fuels and hydrogen suddenly make an immense growth spurt. But what will become of today’s hypercars in the future?
By 2035, cars with internal combustion engines should be sold. After some time, the combustion cars will be phased out and we will mainly see electric cars on public roads – unless there are driving bans for ICE cars.
Forgotten Hypercars
While many non-car enthusiasts won’t care whether they get from A to B in an electric or petrol car, it does make a difference petrolheads in the heart. Italian 3D artist Dizzy Viper is one such enthusiast, showing how today’s hypercars are abandoned and forgotten, but not yet faded into the future.
Warning, the following images may be shocking to car enthusiasts
A Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, a McLaren Senna, Pagani Huayra BCs, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a Lamborghini Sián. They are all left in a shed. So virtual. Although some viewers in the comments think it’s about real cars. That says something about how realistic the Italian’s art is.
On a Lamborghini Sián, however, it is impossible to get such a massive layer of dust. After all, the hypercar has only been delivered since 2020. The question is also whether someone will ever forget such a model in a shed or shed. With only 63 examples of the coupe, each with a price tag of at least 2 million euros excluding taxes, it will be more of a museum piece than a forgotten car.
The Lamborghini Sián is so special
Sjoerd van Bilsen explains how special this Lamborghini Sián is in an episode of Sjoerds Weetjes. He also explains how to recognize the Countach in the design of the modern hypercar.
